Having a day-of emergency kit is so important. It has EVERYTHING that you may end up needing the day of your wedding. This is definitely a must to make or have your day-of coordinator provide for you. We will outline below what should be put in your emergency kit.

• Water- This is a must. At every wedding we coordinate this is always as request

• Hair Brush

• Corsage Pins and Safety Pins

• Dental Floss, Tooth Picks, a Tooth Brush and Tooth Paste

• Eye Drops

• Ponytail Holders and Bobbi Pins

• Hair Spray

• Stain Remover

• Make Up

• Oil Blotting Paper

• Hand Towellets and Sanitizer

• Matches/Lighter

• Mini Sewing Kit (This is almost always needed)

• Hem Tape

• Hand Mirror

• Nail Files

• Scotch Tape/ Packing Tape

• Scissors

• Static Cling Spray

• Tampons/Pads

• Tissues!!!! This is a MUST HAVE!

• Tweezers

• Meal Bars and Snacks

• Earring Backs

If you plan to make this on your own, fair warning; all of these items will cost you about $200.00. (This is an included bonus when you hire Storybook Chicago!) As planners, we cannot stress enough how important it is to have a emergency kit with you at all times. The last thing you will want to worry about is running to a drug store on your wedding day to pick up one of these items.
