Hi Lovely Couples!!We want to introduce you to the gorgeous Gallery 1028 wedding and event venue! Gallery 1028 is located in Goose Island Chicago, tucked away between the Chicago River and the North Branch Canal, in what we consider a quieter part of the city. Having had the opportunity to attend many events in this space and having worked closely with their in-house caterer, Calihan Catering, we couldn’t help but want to share our love for this hidden gem!This rustic and charming space has the most stunning brick walls and original wood flooring which provides a vintage feel to your event. If you are looking for a Chicago “loft space”, THIS IS the true definition, but with a slightly larger floor plan than most. Gallery 1028 offers room for up to 300 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor, or 250 guests with a wedding ceremony and reception. It has a separate room that allows ample space for cocktail hour. So, if you plan to have both your ceremony and reception here, your guests will be able to enjoy a whole other area of this space while your room flip is taking place.One thing in particular that we love about this venue is that it comes with two 8’ reclaimed wood bars and beautifully designed back bars that compliment its environment. You also will receive four high boy tables in a matching wood and an 8’ farm table to use as you wish. (Just think about how much you will save on rentals!)You will not only stay more aligned with your ‘equipment rentals’ portion of your budget, but you will save 100% of what you may have put aside for parking! Due to being in the quieter part of town, there are about 400 FREE parking spots within walking distance from the venue space. (Can’t you hear your money stuffing itself back into your pocket?!!) Unlike most venues, Gallery 1028 will let you party late! 2:00am is the latest that you can get your dance on.
