Le Meurice is a historical hotel that was built in 1771 and officially opened as a hotel in 1835, and it is the perfect place to make history at by hosting your wedding. It is decorated in the style of Louis XVI, and it is incredibly detailed and ornate. The ballrooms are out-of-control gorgeous and romantic. The hotel is right across from the Tuileries Garen between Place de la Concorde and Musée du Louvre. There are three banquet spaces for wedding receptions and ceremonies to be held in.
Pompadour-100 seated
Tuileries-80 seated
Jeu de Paume-40 seated
Most often the spaces are all rented out together with the ceremony being in Tuileries, cocktails in Jeu de Paume, and dinner/reception in Pompadour. The spaces have a similar grandeur of the Palace in Versailles, but a smaller scale. It is actually a palace as of 2011, and the moment you walk you in you will know why! This hotel does have a banquet room rental rate as well as food and beverage in house. Pompadour is 1600€, Tuileries is 1300€, and Jeu de Paume is 950€ for rental. Food and Beverage packages start at 190€ per person, and that cost includes linen, chairs, tables, basic bar package, champagne, 2 course dinner, and dessert. Le Meurice will steal your heart and definitely be a venue that your friends and family will rave out for the years to come!
Happy Planning!
