Sydney and Brian were such a sweet couple to work with and their weddings was one of my favorites to help design.
Sydney and Brian were marrying on the anniversary date of Sydney’s grandparents, but not only on their anniversary but in the same church! Being held in the winter, Sydney wanted to bring the winter vibe without falling into a holiday trend.
We were very careful when it came to incorporating winter details. We stuck with snow whites and billowy florals to help bring in the sense of snow. There were warm browns from pinecones to help incorporate nature and full size undecorated fir trees.
Life in Bloom helped us tie it all together and with the help of Art of Imagination, created a gorgeous floral hoop focal point which the couple had their first dance under.
Blue Plate served up an incredible meal and Time Chicago kept the guests dancing all night long.

Was the lighting in this venue dark at night? The pictures look so bright for a dark room. How was that done?
