The Complete Planning Experience
Our Complete Planning Experience takes care of everything from start to finish. We handle it all: budget analysis, vendor reviews, design concept creation, dinner rehearsal, day-of, next-day brunch, and everything in between.
We have comprehensive systems in place in the backend to ensure that nothing is missed. Our process is customized for every couple, and vendor choices are not taken lightly — we make recommendations based on your specific needs.
Throughout the process, we keep you updated with a comprehensive event planning guide that lets you know what will be done, and when.
Perfect for: Couples who value professional design, want an elevated guest experience, and want to see their complete vision come to fruition.
The Partial Planning Experience
With our Partial Planning Experience, we come in where you’ve left off. We do an evaluation, clean up the processes, and work out any details that may be left. We account for what has been planned and put in the work to secure 2 additional vendors.
We provide a design presentation with our design concepts, guide you through meeting your vendors, and work in conjunction with what you’ve already planned.
Perfect for: Couples who need someone to take over and help them get from point B to point C. You’ve started the planning process, and we take over to take the stress off of you.
The coordination Experience
Coordination & Event Management delivers the same caliber of professionalism and detail as full planning.
When we coordinate your day, our process begins 3 months out. We obtain your contracted vendor information, do a backend evaluation, and schedule a timeline meeting with you. Prior to the wedding, we do a final walk through and final call. This involves a full review of the timeline, final questions, an inventory and set up review, and an overview of what to expect for the remainder of the wedding week.
The day of, we take the stress off of you and execute your day with precision.
Perfect for: The couple who enjoys planning and is working with exceptional vendors, but wants to make sure day-of responsibilities are taken care of.
Coordination can be booked 6 months prior to the wedding.
